February 2025: A Future Hope
Hope is a powerful word. Its simplicity belies its depth, as it often stands in opposition to uncertainty, hardship, and fear. We cling to hope as fuel for difficult journeys, and with each challenge overcome, hope transforms into faith—a faith that, in turn, births even greater hope.
Yet, as I write this update, I struggle to find the right words—words that are both honest and hopeful. The lines have been drawn, and sides have been taken regarding what lies ahead for Ukraine. But one thing remains certain: regardless of what comes next, our family stands unwaveringly with our brothers and sisters as they seek to raise their families in peace and continue advancing God’s kingdom. In the midst of the noise and conflicting opinions, we hold onto the truth that all kingdoms and rulers will ultimately bow before Jesus. It is in this hope that we press on, with our mission unchanged.
